The only way to survive this freezing weather? Layer up and try not to look like you are freezing your butt off. I was out and about all weekend as one of my best friends was in town visiting. Typically I would be sitting on my butt underneath a cozy blanket in this weather, but when friends come into town you got to see Chicago. Essentials in this weather - a great coat (I love leopard prints), a hat, luxe gloves, and some wearable shoes. These Rag & Bone boots are so popular right now, but I didn't want to splurge $600 for boots that might get ruined in the weather here, so my budget version by Steve Madden are perfect and super comfy (true to size). Yes Uggs will do and seen everywhere, but I like to look comfy and fashionable.

The weather in Chicago is so brutal this time of year, but you seem to dress flawlessly still! If I lived up there, I'm not sure I would leave my house this time of year! Adore this outfit!
