This weekend most of my friends were at fashion week in New York and although I adore fashion week and all the parties, I was quite content spending the whole weekend with my family. This summer was filled with travels, with my son starting school last week and my busy schedule I thought staying home was the right decision. We went to the park, took my oldest to a Marvel superhero show, and had breakfast, lunch and dinner together all weekend and it was exactly what I wanted. As I see my boys grow up, all I want to do is stop time and enjoy it all. Unlike us where life remains pretty same in a 6 month time span, it is amazing to see the things they learn and say in a short period of time. Seeing life through their eyes is quite amazing. Hopefully I’ll go back to fashion week next year but for now, I’m quite happy stalking those there on instagram.
