I’m a leopard lover and it shows ;). In my clothing and in my home, my goal in decorating was to add leopard somewhere. I literally pinned these chairs you see above for YEARS! And a month ago, they arrived on my doorstep (after a few months of waiting) and I can not express enough how much LOVE I have for these chairs. OBSESSED might be the word for it. They make me happy, interior design makes me happy. My home is feeling like me and I’m loving it. When working with Hannah on my living space (remember she is only $199 a room to help with interior design), I was deciding between adding leopard chairs or a leopard rug. This got me thinking about this blog post! Below are 6 ways to add leopard into your space and don’t be afraid to do it!

Benches /stools can be added in the entryway, end of the bed, by a bar cart, in a living room as extra seating, or any extra space. They take up less room and are typically less expensive than full-size chairs. I almost added a bench in my bedroom but wanted a bigger statement in my living room. The entryway example above is one of my favorites, mixed with the striped wallpaper. In case you missed it, my bedroom blog post is here.

So as you can see, I went this route, bigger impact, print-focused and mixed with the gold accents I have in the room, it is super glam and feminine. The chairs are soo comfortable with padding and the back of them are tufted. I got them for 25% off and waited for about two months as they are custom upholstered with this fabric. To me, they were well worth it. I searched high and low online and most vintage furniture stores have these chairs at double the price.
I’m guilty of having too many throw pillows! I have leopard ones on my bed and my living room couch! I just can’t get enough of pillows and adding leopard ones are soooo easy to get the print in. See how they are laid in my bedroom post here.
I like the mix of stripe, bordered or black velvet pillows mixed in with the leopard ones. Overall, this is the most affordable way of getting the leopard into your home.
Animal print wallpaper is bold but can also be subtle if you go with a more black and white pattern. I would LOVE to do this in my extra bathroom, office or entryway. I hope to get this done by the end of the year, but my goal right now was to work on the living space. And to be real, my office is a real mess right now. Most likely it will be one wall in my entryway but I’m indecisive about the pattern! Stay tuned friends.
I almost went for a leopard rug in the living room but because I really wanted the two chairs, I opted out. I love this faux rug hide look in an office or bedroom and it’s such a feminine piece to add to a room.
This tablescape is one of my favorites and I’m so going to copy this!! My favorite combination, gold accents, pink and black color combination. It is easy to replicate as long as you have the runner and some pretty plates. Get the rest for a steal at Joann’s (lots of candles, and candle holders, etc). and buy the flowers at the supermarket to save money.
I hope you loved this post as much as I loved putting it together. Check out more HOME posts here.
