January Reset Routine: The CBD Mocktail That Replaced My Wine This Month

I started 2022 with goals in mind. This year I really wanted to focus on self-care… and a big thing that came into mind was taking a break from drinking alcohol (a Dry January) and staying centered at home. I wrote down a few things that I knew I needed to work on and started taking steps daily to work towards a healthier me (inside).

  1. Journaling: My daily 5-minute journal has helped me start the day thinking positively and ending the day having gratitude and figuring out how I could make the next day amazing. This journal is what I use!
  2. Reading: I share my list of books I was buying here. But the one book I love reading a few pages each night is “A Gentle Reminder”. I’ll be re-reading it through the year.
  3. Making the bed every morning, hydrating properly, and getting ready daily. I find that following a routine is what gets me jump-started each day. Being an entrepreneur, I make lists, I follow routines, and this makes sure that I’m productive each day. I’m a horrible morning person, so I’m still trying to wake up earlier so that I can get more done. I stay up way too late and this is where my mocktail has replaced my wine habit.
  4. Little Saints: The CBD Mocktail that I was introduced to over a year ago that I fell in love with. There are so many reasons why I love the brand, the mocktails, and why you should check them out! I decided not to drink this month to detox, clear my mind and system, and I found that Little Saints was a great happy relaxer that I needed after I was done with work.

I’m a huge supporter of female-founded companies and this is one of them! I met Megan over a year ago and we’ve kept in touch. Her passion, energy, motivation is felt every time I speak to her. I’ve watched her change the colors, designs of her logo, change the formula so the taste is perfect, and she wants the very best product to be out there for us. Her latest achievement is getting Little Saints into Foxtrot in Chicago, so not only can you go grab a CBD cocktail there, but you can also get them shipped to your house on her website here! Use code CHICAGOVIP15 to get 15% off for a limited time.

I love her value of celebrating the feminine, bringing the fun, connecting with plants, and giving back. She created Little Saints for every woman and it’s available now! So what is it and why you should try it? Let’s start with the fact that these CBD mocktails are 0 calories and have 0 sugars!

The Little Saints Magic Plant Stack involves using a “nano” CBD which is a fine particulate CBD that actually works. This gives us a first sip or glass of wine relaxed feeling and I need this as I tend to run on anxiety. I need to take the edge off to relax into the night. Megan explained to me that the CBD mocktail contains terpenes (more expensive than truffles)! Know the feeling of walking into a pine forest and feeling good? Those are terpene molecules being absorbed by your senses and creating a euphoric feeling. Little Saints is the only CBD beverage in Chicago to include Terpenes + Reishi Reishi known as the “longevity mushroom” in Chinese medicine.  Little Saints includes Reishi to provide clarity and focus.

Think happy and relaxed, that’s the easiest way I can explain how I feel. I typically have 2 on the nights I feel like it and sit down to write, read, or watch a favorite show. Check out their four flavors, their values, and the site here. Use code CHICAGOVIP15 for 15% off. I like purchasing the variety and the 16-pack as it’s the best deal. It is a healthier alternative to drinking and you can highly function the next day as there is no hangover and I sleep deeper from being relaxed.

I would love to hear back from you about your reset steps and if you try a Little Saints CBD mocktail. It is very important to me that I get your feedback and what I share is helpful. Journaling, taking steps to relax, read, and not distract myself with a bunch of activities, alcohol, and sleepless nights has really enabled me to feel better.
